More Catching Up...

We celebrated Valentine's Day with Papa Jim. I made him one of his favorite meals - meatloaf and baked potatoes. We all also enjoyed chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.

The boys had fun opening their little Valentine's baskets - we got them a new Diego DVD, a cars t-shirt, some books and a cute little duffel bag filled with play-doh and accessories.

"Mommy's Little Sweet Hearts" helped make me a really sweet card on the computer and got me some really yummy candles.


Jimmy and I got to go on a date, too! We actually spent the entire day together while Papa kept the boys. We had a wonderful lunch AND dinner AND a full day of uninterrupted conversation together. Thank you Papa for letting us get away! It was much needed!


When we took Papa to the airport we stayed in a hotel. Bryce and Drew LOVE the water. We had a really fun 2 days!


Drew has NO fear of the water. He will jump right off the side of the pool without hesitation. He will hold his breath and swim under water for a few strokes. And with a noodle under his arms he swam across the pool! He is definitely ready for swim lessons.


Bryce, on the other hand, is much more cautious. He loves to jump into the water too, but he's not as comfortable swimming around.
